~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions.

~ You will lie on the floor in a heated yoga studio (so please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable – pillows, yoga mat, blankets)

~ I will create a musical experience as I play the bowls and drums that will guide you on a healing journey.

~ We will end with a moment of silence to let you deeply rest, relax, and restore.
