MOTHER’S DAY SOUND BATH
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a sound bath honoring the divine feminine. Connect to the vibrations of the beauty, strength, and wisdom of the sacred “mother”. Release old energy and embrace new healing frequencies of love and light!
Healing Harmony is proud to partner with the amazingly talented duo of Chantelle Monique and Lancer Roethle to present a 90-minute group sound healing experience. This musical offering is designed to promote healing and restoration for Mother’s Day. Using the vibrations of 2 sets of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, harmonized vocals, and the deep rhythmic beat of the buffalo, deer, and elk skin drums, you will be guided on a healing journey.
Join us to gather in community to find connection and set our intention on finding our own physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and wellness.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
*Please plan to arrive promptly by 6:50 PM so you can make yourself comfortable and we can start on time at 7:00 PM.
*You can park in the neighborhood, (but please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways!)
*Please plan to wear comfortable clothing that will be WARM enough while you are relaxing.
*Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolsters, an eye pillow, or any other items that will make you feel the most safe and comfortable while lying on the floor during our session together (don't be shy ~ BE COMFORTABLE!) There are cushioned chairs provided for those needing more support.
*We will be focusing on deep relaxation and releasing old energy that no longer serves us as we connect to the divine beauty, strength, and wisdom of the sacred mother. You will hear improvisational sounds using singing bowls, bells, percussive instruments, drums, and vocals. This portion of the sound bath will last approximately 75 minutes and will be followed by a few moments of silence.
