Healing Harmony is excited to celebrate with Wild Rose Yoga by ringing in the summer solstice with a SOLSTICE SOUND BATH. Celebrate the longest day of the year with a 90-minute group sound healing session.
This experience is designed to create sacred space to honor the transition from light to dark. This event focuses on bringing balance to your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies using the vibrational healing of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, vocals, and drums!
Renew your connection to self and spirit as you allow yourself to be carried on the wave of sound and song into the changing season of light.
~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our healing intentions for the Solstice.
~ You will lie on the floor in a heated yoga studio.
~ Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable such as a blanket, eye-pillow, and yoga mat.
~ I will create a unique sound experience as I play the singing bowls, vocalize, and drum that will guide you on a healing journey.
~ We will end with a moment of silence to let you deeply rest, relax, and restore.
