Join me for a sound bath honoring the divine feminine. Connect to the vibrations of the beauty, strength, and wisdom of the sacred “mother”. Release old energy and embrace new healing frequencies of love and light!

This experience is designed to promote healing and restoration. Using the vibrations of 2 sets of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, vocals, and the deep rhythmic beat of the drums, you will be guided on a healing journey.

Gather in community to find connection and set our intention on finding our own physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and wellness.

Feel embraced in the healing love of the sacred “mother” as you are transported on a journey of song and sound.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

*Please plan to arrive promptly by 6:50 PM so you can make yourself comfortable and we can start on time at 7:00 PM.

*You can park in the neighborhood, (but please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways!)

*Please plan to wear comfortable clothing.

*Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolsters, an eye pillow, or any other items that will make you feel the most safe and comfortable while lying on the floor during our session together (don't be shy ~ BE COMFORTABLE!)

*We will be focusing on deep relaxation and releasing old energy that no longer serves us as we connect to the divine beauty, strength, and wisdom of the sacred mother. You will hear improvisational sounds using singing bowls, bells, percussive instruments, drums, and vocals. This portion of the sound bath will last approximately 55 minutes and will be followed by a few moments of silence.
