Healing Harmony is excited to partner with Lagom Studios in presenting a Sound Bath on November 5th at 4:00 PM.  Join us for a 90-minute group sound healing experience using the vibrations of sound to intentionally help you relax, unwind, and restore balance to your physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. 

Sound healing does not require any belief system, knowledge or even language.  Healing Harmony creates a unique improvisational sound scape with crystal and metal singing bowls, her handmade deer skin drum, and vocals to guide you on a transformational journey into relaxation and wellness.

 *Please plan to arrive promptly by 3:55 PM so you can make yourself comfortable and we can start on time at 4:00 PM. ~ Doors will be locked at 4:05 PM

 *You can park in the neighborhood, (but please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways!)

 *Please plan to wear comfortable clothing.

 *Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolsters, an eye pillow or any other items that will make you feel the most safe and comfortable while lying on the floor during our session together (don't be shy ~ BE COMFORTABLE!)

 *We will be focusing on gratitude, deep relaxation, and releasing old energy that no longer serves us. You will hear improvisational sounds using singing bowls, bells, drums, and vocals. This portion of the sound bath will last approximately 75 minutes and will be followed by a few moments of silence.

 *Please STAY HOME if you are not feeling well!
