Healing Harmony is offering this circle to women desiring to deepen our connection to self, community and the divine feminine.

This is a safe space for women to explore a deeper connection to self through guided meditation, journaling, and sound healing.

You will learn and practice tools for fostering peace, compassion, and empathy for a deeper connection to community through breathwork, body movement, and vocalization.

Join us as we gather in a healing community to deepen our connection to our spiritual selves and explore the divine feminine through mindfulness, chanting, and gratitude practice.
