Women’s Sound Healing Circle - Full Series or Single Class
A weekly series from 7 to 8 pm beginning Thursday 10/6 and running until Thursday 11/10 at Mind Body Sanctuary located at 4204 Leary Way NW, Seattle, WA. Join us for the full series or attend a single class.
Healing Harmony is offering this circle to those identifying and experiencing the world as women who desire to deepen the connection to self, community and the divine feminine.
This is a safe space for women to explore a deeper connection to self through guided meditation, journaling, and sound healing.
You will learn and practice tools for fostering peace, compassion, and empathy for a deeper connection to community through breathwork, body movement, and vocalization.
Join us for part or all of the series as we gather in a healing community to deepen our connection to our spiritual selves by exploring the goddesses Hathor, Lakshmi, and Kali. Create ritual and the expression of the divine feminine through mindfulness, chanting, and gratitude practice.
