Fully immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of singing bowls, improvisational vocals, and drums as you deeply relax.

Renew your connection to self and spirit as you allow yourself to be carried on the wave of sound and song.

Gain a sense of peace and strength as you release what no longer serves you and renew your mind, body, and spirit with healing energy.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions.

~ You will lie on the floor of the yoga studio. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or any other items that will make you the more comfortable.

~ Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for changing conditions as your body temperature cools. Bring as many layers as you want ~ don’t be shy! BE COMFORTABLE.

~ Healing Harmony will create a musical experience with improvisational vocals, singing bowls and drums that will guide you on a healing journey.

~ We will end with a few moments of silence to let you deeply rest, relax, and restore.
